Just 3 Ingredients!

I discovered this simple and easy fruit dip after being invited to a dessert social. I wanted to bring something healthy since I knew everything there would be full of sugar, carbs and ooey gooey goodness. There are three reasons I call this the best fruit dip: only 3 ingredients, takes 5 minutes to make, and you can make it sugar free or not.

When I arrived at the dessert social, I wondered if anyone would even want my fruit and fruit dip considering all the yummy goodness that was displayed. To my surprise, I actually had a couple of people mention that they appreciated a healthy alternative being there. I’ve actually made this twice since the dessert social and I’ve tried it with vanilla pudding mix and chocolate pudding mix. By far the chocolate is better! You can choose to use any flavor of pudding mix - I’m trying lemon next!

For this recipe you’ll need:

• 1 container cool whip (use “lite” if making sugar free version)
• 1 8 oz container nonfat Greek plain yogurt
• 1 pkg pudding mix (use sugar free mix to make sugar free version)

Mix all ingredients together and serve with fruit.
