How do I care for my Maggie Bag?
Maggie Bags™ are machine washable on a “delicate” wash cycle with chlorine-free detergent. To dry, lay flat on a towel or hang in a dry place. Because many Maggie Bags™ are made from recycled materials and dye lots may vary, we recommend you wash your Maggie Bag™ in a lingerie bag and separate from other items. We also recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction.
What is your warranty policy?
Items covered under the Maggie Bags™ warranty include defective or missing hardware, faulty zippers, and loose stitching of the webbing or lining of the bag. If your Maggie Bag™ is covered under warranty and needs replacement, e-mail us at warranty@maggiebags.net and we will send you return instructions. You can also contact our customer service team. How much of your products use recycled/repurposed material?
Maggie Bags™ is committed to using as much recycled seatbelt webbing as possible in our products. Due to the high demand of certain colors that are not available in recycled material, some material is first-run, new material. All neutral tones (tan, gray, black) are recycled and some, more vibrant colors are as well.
Returns
What is the return policy for Maggie Bags™?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are backed by a 90-day Money Back Guarantee unless clearly specified otherwise. You may return the item(s) to us within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund for any reason. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
- All products can be returned for a refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 90 days from the ship date.
- All returns or exchanges must be in original packaging with tags still attached.
- Before a return can be processed, an RGA number MUST be obtained from Maggie Bags™, either by emailing returns@maggiebags.net or calling our toll-free number 1-877-546-1828.
- Please be sure the RGA number is clearly visible on the returned package. The warehouse will not accept any item without a clearly visible RGA number.
- Unless the product is defective, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once a return is received at Maggie Bags™, please allow for seven business days for processing your refund.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
- You may exchange a gift received as long as the product is new when received in our warehouse and was purchased from the maggiebags.net website. If the gift was purchased from one of our select retailers it must be returned to that location and is subject to their return/exchange policy. Please contact our customer service team at 1-877-546-1828 or customerservice@maggiebags.net to start the return process.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
- It may take several business days for your return to reach our facility. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Can I exchange my purchase for a different bag style?
- Yes. Please follow the instructions for returns to exchange your bag. If there is a difference in price our customer service team will contact you to make any price adjustments prior to sending the new bag.

Do you allow back orders?
- We do not allow back orders. If the bag you wish to purchase is not currently available please check our social media channels to stay informed about new arrivals and items coming back in stock.
Do you allow custom or special orders?
- Due to the length of our production process and varying availability of seat belt webbing we cannot accommodate custom orders for any reason. This includes design features such as strap length, bag size or bag color. If you would like to recommend a new color combo or style please use the contact form and select “designer.” Custom orders for over 100 pieces may be possible depending on webbing and production availability. Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
- If you purchase a bag and it goes on sale in the 24 hours following your purchase we will happily make an adjustment for you and honor the sales price. Due to the overlapping nature of many website promotions we cannot honor any particular sale price more than 24 hours retroactively. - We process orders Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Expedited orders (2-Day or Next-day) placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the same business day.

How does free shipping work?
- Maggie Bags™ offers free ground shipping on orders over $75 or more. Please select the free ground shipping option at checkout. A signature will not be required for the free shipping (standard ground) option.
Can I expedite my order being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Orders with expedited overnight delivery must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time in order to be shipped the same day. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
- Shipping charges vary depending on where the package is shipped from and where it is shipped to. You are responsible for shipping charges unless it is a warranty exchange.
What do you charge for standard shipping of an order?
- Maggie Bags™ offers several shipping options which will be shown to you during the checkout process. You can choose our free ground shipping option if your order is over $75. All other shipping methods will be shipped at the rates returned by our carriers during the checkout process.
Payment Information
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards or cashier’s check and money orders. Please see details below for each of these payment methods.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
- Yes. Maggie Bags™ uses a secure payment gateway and does not retain your credit card information in any of our internal systems. Your credit card information stays behind the security of our credit card processor.
Is it safe to use my debit card online?
- Yes. Please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on “hold”, meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original “hold” will be voided.
Do you allow Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

Do you charge sales tax on any of your products?
- Maggie Bags™ is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Tennessee. If you are shipping to Tennessee the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
